Upholstered Bed Furniture Use and Care
In order to get the most from your polyester fabric upholstered bed furniture piece we recommend the following use and care instructions. We guarantee this will make your bed fresh and appealing assuming normal use for a minimum of 1 year.
Washing/Cleaning the Fabric
- o For washing or cleaning the polyester upholstery use a plain white soft cloth towel or paper towel and gently blot/dab with a watered-down dish soap or laundry detergent mix in light circular motions on the surface of the fabric. Apply with caution to avoid against rubbing too deep or drenching the fabric with the homemade detergent as this will cause a problem with the interior foam and frame materials of the bed. Tip: For best results use a soft cloth material, distilled water and only apply to the surface area.
- o For stains; apply a home-made water and vinegar-based mix or popular stain remover product followed by cleaning the fabric with light soap and water to rid of any smell.
Vacuuming
- o Frequent vacuuming and use of a lint roller are recommended in cleaning dust or particles that get into the fabric. When vacuuming, we recommend using an unused, soft brush attachment and to clip loose threads before vacuuming. Also, using a lint roller is good for removing pet hair.
